(as a service user),

Upon arrival at Ward In (Gyneacology), I was made very welcome. I was shown into the Consultant’s room after a minimal wait. The procedure was thoroughly explained to myself and my husband and I was reassured that if at any time I was in any pain or discomfort, I could ask for the procedure to be halted.

During the procedure, the Consultant was assisted by two members of Nursing Staff, there were a further two nurses present who seemed to be there for my benefit. They did an amazing job of reassuring and calming me throughout.

I am happy to wholeheartedly recommend the Gynaecology department at Pilgrim hospital. I received wonderful care and was treated with respect by every member of staff that I met. Thank you*****

I am pleased to hear you were given thorough explanations thoroughout your visit and the support from the nursing staff made you feel more calm and comfortable.
