"Nine days later I remain very impressed"

My appointment was with Doctor/Mr Al Jaafari at 9. 00a. m. As I'd been waiting for this appointment for about 2 years and not knowing the parking slots I arrived at about 0730, had breakfast then went up to the 9th Floor. Here I was met by a very courteous gentleman who seemed to be opening things up. Next I met a Nurse who very efficiently took my details and her attitude enabled me to relax. I then met Dr/Mr Al Jaafari. an extremely courteous gentleman who ensured I was fully briefed on what was to occur this morning. This duly happened and I was quite surprised to be released at about 10. 00, just an hour later.

My feelings were simple. The Surgeon imparted a calmness at the same time ensuring I knew precisely what was to take place..

The three nurses took a pride in their department. This pride shone through and at the end I was asked to complete my opinion of the event. I have been a bit slow but nine days later I remain very impressed by the sheer efficiency of the department and the pride that the staff have in working to make it feel like a centre of excellence. That just leaves me to say Thank you.
