Didnt know where to go for help to start with

CGL staff friendly and make you feel comfortable.

Treatment isnt quick enough may have to wait a couple of weeks to go on prescription and needed the help today!

Staff professional and non judgemental.

Staff welcoming and explained things clearly

Thanks or your comments and of course Im please that you felt comfortable accessing the service and staff were friendly.

In terms of getting the help as quickly as possible we do our best to ensure there is no wait. Some things to be aware of is that we do not have a prescriber every day in all of our services across the county. Also there is a process to go through and we follow the guidance very carefully as we will be prescribing a controlled drug. With safety being the biggest priority we make sure service uses are informed about what to expect and sometimes what not to expect.

So pleased that the staff have been great an that is something which we are hugely proud of.
