I found the Practice was OK, but the Dr I saw did not listen, did not seem interested and I got the feeling my health concerns were irrelevant. When I outlined my difficulties; a worsening condition I've had for over forty years, I was told 'You do not fit the profile' and I was dismissed. I came out feeling worse than I went in. This encounter left me worried and distressed. I would not recommend that particular Dr. However, the Nurse Practitioner was really helpful, listened, understood and believed my condition was getting worse. I have another appointment coming up, which I am not looking forward too.

Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback. We are pleased that you had a good experience with our Nurse practitioner but disappointed you felt dismissed by the GP. We would welcome the opportunity to discuss your comments directly with you to make sure that you are getting the care that you need.
