Thank you so much for this feedback. We agree with your comment and think that continuity of care by a known GP is extremely important. We know that sometimes patients get upset that we ask you to stick to your own doctor. We do this because there is good evidence backing up the findings that seeing your own doctor is better for you, both in terms of the quality of the consultation and regarding your health outcomes. So it is great to have you feeding back to us that you value this. Thanks again.
