"Very friendly staff"

About: The Royal London Hospital

I had a scan at the RLH today. As at the first appointment, the sonographers were very friendly and caring. You can really feel that they doing their job with enthusiasm and in an exemplary manner.

I have been to other wards of this hospital during my pregnancy and sadly enough, I must say that the behaviour of some staff has been unacceptable.
