"Extremely disappointing practice"

I've had so many bad experiences with this practice that I'd rather research my own symptoms on the NHS website. Firstly, a number of doctors are rude and talk down to you in a very condescending manner, which makes you feel like you're unworthy of their time. Secondly, I've never felt satisfied after an appointment as I've been told in the past to 'google it' and 'I'm not sure what do you think' on important illnesses, such as my long-suffering of asthma and issues with menstruation. It's as if I don't need help because I'm in my 20s and my conditions aren't taken seriously. Overall past appointments have been useless and I have left with questions unanswered and problems unresolved. I will be changing my practice as soon as possible. I can't believe these people have studied for 6+ years and tell me to look for answers elsewhere.
