About: Pilgrim Hospital / Gynaecology

(as a service user),

Attended for a Hysteroscopy.   I was seen promptly and on time, was made to feel at ease and kept well informed during the appointment. The procedure was carried out efficiently and with friendly natured professional care by Sister Palmer and her assisting Nurses Rachel and Janet.

Sister Palmer, and the whole nursing team pride themselves on offering a patient centred and compassionate professional service and it is very rewarding to read when patients feel that we are getting this right.
