Being given the advice to contact gp while having a mental health crisis at half 11 at night is about as useful as a snooze button on a smoke alarm

Thank you very much for your feedback

I should like to find out more about your conversation with the Crisis team so I can understand why you were asked to contact your GP. I would find this really helpful as the team shouldn't be asking a patient to contact their GP if a Crisis response is required.

I think it is positive that you have been able to demonstrate humour in your feedback.
