I'd like to thank the nurse care assistant who made me feel at ease today with my diabetic foot check, urine test, Hb1a, height and waist measurements. I was feeling very anxious about this appointment as my feet are not in good condition as i have fungal infection on the toes. Please pass on my comments to her as I appreciate her professionalism, empathy and consideration.
