"Excellent experience."

We accompanied our somewhat apprehensive, 98 year old Aunt for a follow up laser treatment appointment. We live out of area and we can't tell you how amazed we were with the whole experience. Lucky people of Wirral! Ambulance transport with very patient, caring crews was provided to and from home. We were told we could request an ambulance pick up after the appointment and a crew appeared at the main door within ten minutes. St Catherine's is a new, clean, bright building staffed throughout by cheerful, extremely helpful people. Wheelchairs were easily available. There was a coffee machine in the waiting room and one of the passing receptionists was more than happy to help everyone to a drink (latte anyone?) if they wanted one. There were free snack biscuits. It was unbelievable. The whole ambience was one of calming, caring organised efficiency. The SpaMedica team really DO greet you with a smile, are highly efficient and do a wonderful job; this was a 10/10 visit on every count.
