"Thank you"

I cannot thank the whole team at Morton close enough for welcoming, supporting, having a laugh with my Dad and going above and beyond at end of life.

it took only a short time for the staff to get to know my dad, what made him tick, laugh, distressed and worked as a team to reduce risk and make Morton close his home.

They worked with us to understand his routine, explore solutions to prevent falls and minimise his incontinence and I have not seen my dad more content and happy as he was living at Morton close.

But where I want to thank and praise the team the most is the care they gave at end of life to my Dad and us as a family. They went above and beyond to enable rapid discharge from hospital, so he could be cared by people he knew and trusted. They wanted him home as much as we did.

I felt it important, being aware of the current rating to publicly share my positive experience.
