i was in a@e evening off the 15th January with a lady of 93 who had fractured her femur my first ti there had tbe best experience all thè staff were fantastic not waiting long she was treated with dignaty and respect they were very busy but everyone was treated well thank you

Your post is wonderful to read and I am extremely pleased that you had such a positive experience whilst attending our Accident and Emergency Department. I do hope the patient is now doing well and on the way to recovery.

I have passed your kind words onto the matron for Accident and Emergency and asked that she share your positive feedback with the team. I know that all the staff will be delighted to know that they are delivering a level of care that met the patient needs and fulfilled expectations.
