(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

Feedback provided by a family member after her Mum, who was our customer, sadly passed away.

"Janice was really helpful and social services would not have been involved without her input. She has been supportive, not just to my Mum but to the family.  Janice has given us lots of information and we have learned a lot about social care processes and the complaints process.  Without Janice we don't know what we would have done".
