"Made to feel valued"

About: Lincoln County Hospital / Gynaecology

(as a service user),

I went for a colposcopy at Lincoln hospital. The staff were all lovely, friendly but professional and put me at ease despite having some nerves and anxiety about it. The lead lady explained everything very clearly and tried to put my mind at rest. I feel at times some departments lack compassion due to time restraints and job stresses which I appreciate can affect your working attitude but these staff members today made me feel like they really valued me and my feelings towards the procedure.
