Not liking the new system of no advanced appointments. You either have to queue b4 8am, or try and ring. When I last rang it took 87 calls b4 my call was answered, my daughter 134 times. The practise obviously has too many patients. I much preferred the old system. Advance appointments, or ring on the morning, or 1pm. Queuing outside a doctors how degrading is that!?!
