"Staff were incredibly caring to my mum"

About: Falkirk Community Hospital / Older peoples' services

(as a relative),

My mum spent the last few days before passing in the care of the staff in Unit 2. Right from her arrival the staff were not only incredibly caring to my mum, but also very supportive to my family and I.

During a tough time, they took the time to discuss care and process with me and also they were fantastic at offering assistance and support .
