Tried to find out online where dermatology is, where we could get parked nearby, where there would be wheelchairs available, where there were disabled parking spaces. we found it impossible, and we know the hospital and it’s lay out. Fortunately I know someone who works there who advised us to park at the rehab hub. This was easy, there were wheelchairs at the door, dermatology was nearby and the whole process of getting in and out was easy, a huge stress relief compared with previous visits to the community hospital. The doctor, dr Sinclair was terrific, with wonderful clinical and communication skills.
So it was one of the easiest hospital visits we have had in Forth Valley,and we have lots.but , without the advice of our friend, it would have been awful. We feel you need to improve your web site and make arrival and departure from the hospitals less stressful.
