if you need good care and pleasant staff then Hairmyres outpatients is the place to get it. Every member of staff i came across was amazingly friendly and helpful. caring and polite. you could see genuine friendships among the staff.
the department itself though the waiting areas are cramped and messy not well layed out at all some seats are not easily accessible.
the new reception is 100x better than the old one apart from the fact cables are visible and hanging from the back of the desks
