There was a mix up with my appointment at outpatients. Mr Johnson urology nurse specialist came to reception and sorted it out. He saw me straight away despite having a full clinic. He was very helpful and friendly. He sorted everything out and made sure I had a next appointment. Thank you for your kindness and for sorting things when you did not have to. Mr Johnson is a credit to your service.
