Myself and my son have been patients at the Rise Group since 2008.
It is local to me and i am happy with their services. As a ongoing patient over 10 years, the surgery has progressed lots with demand in the community.
Introduction of online services is great and saves lots of time for myself regarding for example repeat prescriptions.
Nurse staff are always going above and beyond to help and give advice. They provide a excellent service.
Doctors appointments have always been available when i have needed them expect on 1 rare occasion, reception staff were happy to help in the best way possible and the issue was resolved over a phone consultation. Reception staff have also been kind and do there best to resolve any issues very quickly.
Emergency clinic runs daily and is very useful to have this option as i have used this service before.
My doctor always listens and she is very good at her job.
