"Great new system"

About: Park Surgery

I would like to congratulate the surgery about the new appointment system.

I found it much quicker to get through on the phone early in the morning and a doctor phoned me back within an hour.

I saw my doctor the same morning and the service was excellent.

Also, for my husband who phoned last week the new system worked really well.

He is disabled and does not drive and so speaking to a doctor on the phone saved him a journey to the surgery.

The doctor faxed his prescription to the local chemist and I picked it up the next day.

As patients we felt valued and were listened to by a professional who ,in turn, spoke to the doctor and explained our problem.

Over all we both were treated much quicker than the old system and we would like to say thank you.
