I have had ongoing trouble with the surgery from October 2019 until now. I need regular B12 injections for a deficiency which seems to be no issue for my surgery at home. However, whilst at university, Cripps do not seem to be communicating with my home surgery at all. I have been expected to get my old doctors notes to Cripps surgery for them to comprehend my deficiency issues. I was sent to have more blood tests by a doctor here, despite him having my notes in front of him. Blood tests that were completely unnecessary as I have already tested positive for a B12 deficiency. Now I am having issues with the surgery communicating with my home surgery so I can have my injection at the end of the month. The doctor that sent me for my blood tests has written that I no longer require injections every 3 months despite my notes from my home surgery stating otherwise. I have booked several appointments with Cripps to receive my injection and there has been an issue each time resulting in myself not receiving the injection I need. I am currently in my final year at university and I become unwell without the B12. This means it is imperative that I get my injection to ensure that my studies also remain intact. Cripps have not been understanding about my issue at all and are completely useless in listening to their patients.
