Arrived at A & E at 9.30 am on 27th Dec with a very badly sprained ankle. Came with snacks and reading materials anticipating a long wait.
Left one hour later after initial diagnosis, xray and follow-up diagnosis and treatment plan.
Wonderful polite service from a clearly ridiculously busy team of healthcare professionals.
