"It is good to know that there is independent support"

I gained a lot of valuable knowledge and encouragement from Janice,   and Jo previously.   I have implemented a lot of the choices she presented to me with through signposting which I chose to make a priority in my life.   I did not give myself time to look after me and think things through before I did things.   The advisors have held my hand and stopped me from falling, I respected the age match of the advisor which helped me to be open and honest.   I feel that the service is a lifeline and invaluable, it is good to know that there is independent support other than that of a GP to point me in the right direction to listen and guide when I feel near to having a breakdown.
