"Fantastic Professional But Caring Service "

Unfortunately after suffering a asthma attack today 12.01.20 which my Inhaler was not able to help with, I found myself under the care of A & E. I must say from the moment of entering the Dept & being helped by Senior Support nurse (burgundy uniform) & what a compassionate & fantastic nurse she is, gave me a Neb & steroids soon sorted me out & was so helpful & caring. She is most definitely an asset to your team there. But every member of staff that i came into contact with were lovely & so professional. When i was sent to ACU, the nurse even popped out to tell me she wished me all the best & to look after myself, little things like that go a long way when you are feeling poorly. My experience in ACU was just as good & I was extremely well looked after by all members of staff from admin staff right through to Nurses & Dr’s & Consultants. So thank you all & I may also add every Dept i entered was spotlessly clean. So thank you Russell’s Hall from a very grateful patient.
