I had a lumpectomy at croydon university hospital in December 2020. I discovered I had breast cancer, after a routine mammogram. Was recalled, had a biopsy at St. George’s in tooting and was referred to croydon as it’s my closest hospital. I would sincerely like to thank everyone that looked after me. Anaesthetist was lovely. Nurses in after care were amazing. So kind, also in the Bradbere unit, I was very anxious and everyone was so kind to me. Everyone is under such a lot of pressure but Mr Sarabaki did an excellent job and I am now all clear. Thanks to everyone.
