It's great to find somewhere that understands and supports/assists low carb eating as an approach to manage diabetes. With help from a member of staff, I've been able to finesse the way of eating to match my body's needs and start to see very promising results. My only hope is that this approach will be taken up more widely, even within the partnership, as the results speak for themselves.
