There are many ways to access the practice e.g. online. I tend to use one of the apps to book a telephone triage call from a doctor. I have always had a doctor call me in the expected time frame and either a resolution arranged on the phone, or an appointment made within a day or two. My husband and baby recently had an appointment with a particular doctor, who was very nice, caring and helpful. She has since been good enough to find the time to have two telephone conversations with me following the baby's appointment as well as a conversation with my husband regarding his. This saved using up further GP appointments. GP time is so pressured and valuable so we greatly appreciate their time & dedication. All the clinical staff I have dealt with since registering 4 years ago, have been really excellent, notably three particular doctors, HCA, both practice nurses and ANP. The reception staff on the whole are very good too, some willing to be even more friendly and helpful than others. A receptionist was recently very helpful towards me on the phone, with regard to a prescription for my baby, which a Dr (unknown) kindly sorted for me on the same day I called. A particular doctor always has a very pleasant, friendly phone manner which puts the patient at ease, and she comes across as being happy to help. Thank you all for all your hard work, to all the clinical and non clinical staff, you are much appreciated.
