"Great doctors, front desk staff less so"

While I always have had good experiences with the doctors here, the administrative staff are often brusque - which I don't mind generally, they're busy and I get that; but four times running now they have failed to respond to requests for repeat prescriptions from my chemist and then said they never received it - each time I've watched my chemist both email and fax the request over.

There have been two instances where I've heard reception staff speaking quite derisively about patients they've been on the phone with moments earlier too, loud enough for everyone in the waiting room to hear.

I am sorry to learn that you are unhappy with some of the services provided by sobell's reception staff.

Regarding the repeat prescriptions issues I can help you by checking your clinical records. To complete this I would need to have your details. Regarding the 'staff speaking quite derisively about patients they've been on the phone with..' I will discuss this issue with the reception staff to make sure this will not happen again as it is completely unacceptable.
