"Disappointed"

Always rude staff on reception at both surgery locations, abrupt and uncaring and very unhelpful. There is no compassion. Even the Drs I've seen seem like they don't want to be there and your 10 mins with them is a chore. They don't explain procedures, tests or why you're having them at all. And I don't expect a Dr to smirk when you're speaking about your depression low mood and medication. And why am I being asked if they should remove a medication from my repeat prescription why they have advised I take it surely the Dr should be asking themselves this question not me!? Never known anything like it. What happened to giving a damn about patients and not making them feel like they're a nuisance
