I've attended this hospital since 1992. I attended the Nephrology clinic from 1992-2012. From 2012-2014 I attended the low clearence clinic, and then in 2014 I received a kidney transplant and attended the transplant clinic. Up to 2014 I found the staff to be very friendly and polite, and the care received was brilliant. After my transplant, I began to attend the transplant clinic in 2014!. One of the senior nursing staff who was allocated to 'look after me' during the first week of attending this clinic, clearly took a dislike to me, and it didn't take too long before it filtered down to the other staff, one or two of them who even to this day treat me badly. I'm really not quite sure what to do; I dread attending this clinic, but it will now unfortunately be a life long ordeal. Visited again on 6th January 2020, and was again badly treated by one of the senior nursing staff.
