"Lovely reception staff"

I’ve just been in the waiting area waiting for my appointment and a girl came in to the waiting area who had been told to come and sit and wait and that she would be seen to as soon as the doctor could see her. Obviously there was at least 8 of us in the waiting area all with appointments. That wasn’t good enough for the girl as she wanted to be seen before everyone else. The 2 ladies on reception were very polite and kept very calm while the girl was shouting at them for about 10 minutes. I think it’s disgusting that they were treated like that. They tried to do everything that they could to help her but nothing was good enough. I take my hat off to the 2 ladies on reception as they were very professional in such a horrible situation. Well done ladies.
