About: Ninewells Hospital / Neurology

(as a service user),

For the first time in my life for over 25 years I experienced the care of the NHS yesterday and this morning. The professionalism of everything I experienced in Ninewells Hospital, Dundee from the receptionist who politely showed me the way to the ward I needed to go to (23b) and the Consultant Neurosurgeon Miss Pulhorn who made a huge decision to postpone my operation   for all the right reasons and everything in between. Everything in between just showing so much care and understanding of people and especially me. I'll never ever ever knock our NHS it's superb. The care I got was just overwhelming.
