Recently took my daughter (out of school) to an drop in 1.30-3.30 ( who apart from non workers) have the time to wait 1.50 hrs to have a toenail looked at? Totally inefficient use of everyone’s time and resources.
Absolutely furious with this service and the even more angry that my daughter has missed lessons.
Get yourselves organised, get an appointment system to stop wasting everyone’s time! It at least do out of school hour or prioritise children of school age.
