"Worth their weight in gold"

About: University Hospital Wishaw / Maternity Care (Wards 21-24)

(as the patient),

All of you are amazing and don't get enough credit for what you do.

My midwife Sharon was great throughout pregnancy and labour, made me feel so reassured and Julie another midwife was also so so lovely.

The theatre team are also worth their weight in gold, even with an unplanned emergency section you really listened to me and reassured me and my partner at such a worrying time. The care that we received was simply incredible.

Ward 22, you are all so lovely. Kerry, Shona and Laura you girls in particular really helped me when I really needed it.

Transitional care and infant feeding you have also been so incredible and the loan of a pump has really helped make feeding successful.

From the bottom of my heart and my wee family, thank you all.
