"ENT are Awful"

About: Charing Cross Hospital

ENT are absolutely awful. It is impossible to speak to anyone, Consultant's attitude is 'I don't have time for this' which he was said behind the curtain - presumably hoping my hearing issues were too bad to hear him. Reception staff are rude. The nurse I spoke to on the phone asked if grommets 'was a condition'. Have been fobbed off, given incorrect phone numbers and all I am trying to do is discuss the surgery I have been scheduled for (after a 3 minute appointment - less that 60 second of which with the consultant). Really and truly an appalling hospital with a very bad ENT department
