"Cancelled operation"

About: Bassetlaw Hospital / General surgery

(as the patient),

My operation was cancelled at the last minute due to an emergency which wasn't a problem but the fact that the surgeon informed the staff at 3. 30pm to apologise and send me home, but they made me wait another three hours before a doctor came and explained what happened. I feel that I have been treated badly.
