(as a service user),

Had a real panic last week about not having time for my travel vaccinations. When I called the surgery I was immediately put at ease by a lady called Seema.  Once she understood my situation I was booked in and given my appointment. 

Seema is exactly the type of person that you want to see or speak to when visiting my GP. Very kind, caring and professional.
