"Not being able to contact ENT for an appointment"

About: Stoke Mandeville Hospital / Ear, Nose and Throat

(as the patient),

I have phoned numerous times and left messages for an appointment.   They did phone back once mid December and said she was sending a letter with an appointment date.   I have not received a letter.   I have now phone again leaving both my phone numbers but still nothing. I had a BAHA fitted around 2 years ago and either it is not working properly or my hearing has become worst as I have minimum hearing even with the BAHA.  Please will someone call me to arrange a phone call.

Dear Sir/Madam

Thank you for taking the time to leave your comments on this website.

I am sorry to read of the problems you have experienced in trying to book your appointment with the ENT Department.

I was also sorry to learn that when you made contact in mid December the letter you were promised did not arrived.

I would be very grateful if you could contact the Patient Advice & Liaison Service (PALS) on 01296 316042 to talk about your experience, and to see how we may be able to assist you at this time.

Kind regards

Anthony Banton
