I rang the Surgery last week at 8.02 and by 8.04 I got through to such a polite and well mannered Receptionist. She booked me an appointment the same day with an Advanced Nurse Practitioner.
2days later I rang again at 8.01 and within under a minute my call was answered and I booked my husband an appointment with a GP for the same day.
I've never got through so quickly via the Telephones before and got appointments the same day.
Fabulous.
