About: North Manchester General Hospital

I attended the One Stop Breast Clinic on 18th December, having been referred by my GP the previous week. I had found a lump which on examination appeared to be a skin cyst, and which was confirmed by mammogram and scan. A busy but well run clinic with friendly staff on all levels. Fortunately I do not need any further treatment, but send thanks to all, from the friendly reception ladies through to the Consultant and mammogram/scan technicians. The evening time slot was also a great help, as parking can be very difficult, but it fell between the possible end of afternoon visiting and before the evening ones started.
