"Terrible Experience "

I visited this dentist after been in pain for 5 days under the emergency appt. I was on the list Friday and not seen until Sunday morning. I was unable to work, when seen I explained that my broken tooth I thought was infected. The dentist simply dismissed this as my pain was at the bottom x rayed them and then said my gums were inflamed cleaned and scaled them. A week later I was in agony and off work sick again only this time visited a different practice to find out I had an infection at the root of my tooth. They drilled the nerve out, injected medicine into my gums and gave me a course of antibiotics. Was in an out in 20 mins and the relief within hours was brilliant. Pretty disappointed that this health centre didn’t have time of day especially when I pay for treatment and lost more earnings due to not Been sorted the first time.
