I recently had an episode of passing blood in my urine which required admission to ward 17a. I found the staff excellent- nurse's, doctors and support staff.
Everyone was busy but treated me with competence and kindness.
As a nurse myself it's not easy being on the 'other side' but I was impressed by the dedication of the staff.
Following further investigations I had to go back into 17a for surgery. I was happy to be readmitted as my first admission had been without a problem.
