"Tiverton Birth Centre"

I have nothing but positive things to say about Tiverton Birth Centre. Every single person I came into contact with during my first pregnancy were amazing. I had a dedicated midwife throughout and saw her at regular intervals. She listened to any concerns or questions and answered them confidently. When the time come, we called the unit as instructed once my contractions had started, the midwife we spoke with was wonderful - giving practical advice such as staying mobile (but the option of having a bath to relax/take my mind off of things/help with contraction pain) and when to provide them with a further update. When everything really "kicked off" the two midwives and the maternity support worker were simply incredible and helped me welcome my son safely into the world. I'm now expecting baby number two and whilst my assigned midwife was on long-term sick for the first half of my pregnancy the team have made up for this with their welcoming and friendly approach. Any question that I have asked of them has been answered and I have felt nothing but supported throughout. Six weeks (although I'm hoping for slightly less haha) to go and unless there are any contraindications over my next few appointments I will most definitely be using Tiverton Birth Centre again.
