"kind and lovely"

About: Lincoln County Hospital / Gynaecology

(as the patient),

I  was scared for my appointment as a possibility of cancer of my cervix. However Jess and Jen were so kind and lovely put me at ease straight away. Mr Flood was respectful and considerate and maintained as much dignity as he could. It wasn't a pleasant procedure, but I felt relaxed and at ease. His thorough care meant I could tell my surgeon of his finding and that has changed my care plan, so I am very grateful to Mr Flood.

Thank you so much for taking the time to comment on your recent experience in gynaecology and the care you received from Mr Flood, Jen and Jess. It is lovely to hear such positive feedback.

I am so pleased you felt your dignity was maintained, that you were treated with respect and consideration. Examinations can be unpleasant and it is reassuring you were able to feel as relaxed as possible during your procedure.
