(as a relative),

Just a thank you to the nursing team who took the time to care for my father who has dementia and was in the ward for a couple of weeks over Christmas.  Anytime I visited they were supportive and helpful and the family appreciated this.

Thanks to anyone involved with his care - he was not the easiest of patients!
