"My Care after being transferred from Ayr Ambulatory Unit to Station 5"

About: University Hospital Ayr / Cardiology

(as a service user),

Transferred on New Years Eve to Station 5 where almost immediately a cuppa was offered. My care in Station 5 was excellent throughout with a special mention for Senior Charge Nurse Gail, who took time to explain and converse with me, much appreciated.

Housekeepers brought my breakfast but as I was late arrival the lady managed to get me Scramble Egg & Bacon. Delicious.

Consultant Dr McGowan explained to me about my heart attack, and the importance of resuming and maintaining the prescription for life.

It is not the fault of the nursing staff for my early departure, I cannot settle and as carer for a brain injured person was anxious about them being alone. Thank you to all involved in my care on this occasion.

Just wondering if I am still down for an Outpatient Angiogram as it is 14 days post discharge? Should I be calling the secretary of Dr McGowan?
