I was able to have an appointment with the duty Nurse during my current illness on several occasions, the treatment I received was excellent from both the Nurses and any concerns regarding the recommended treatment I received was always checked with the on-duty GP if there were any doubts regarding the prescribed medications I was given. I felt totally confident with the treatments I was prescribed along with my regular medications. Nothing was too much trouble, and I was treated with the utmost respect and care by everyone. This Surgery has considerably improved during the last two years and we consider it is now a very good to excellent Health Centre especially as it is always very busy and the Receptionists always try to find an appointment especially when the problems are urgent. I cannot fault the receptionists as it is not their fault when they work in such a fast pace job I have seen them deal with the most worse of patients yet they are still respectful and help out all the time.
