"Dark and run down"

06/04/2018 Mum was to be moved here from hospital aged 90 with dementia. On arrival the door bell was broken and the actual main inner door did not close properly, needs mending. The decor was in desperate need of upgrade,, wallpaper peeling and paintwork. The carpet was absolutely disgustingly dirty! The room shown to us that mum was to go in was not fit to live in basic was not the word, a single bed and a basic commode that was apparently her chair to sit on!! All in all a dark dingy run down dirty first impression! Hence mum is most definitely not going there, we feel very angry that anybody should have to stay in such a place,, a prison cell would be more acceptable
